Selikem is a Certified Family Partner, family advocate, and founder of Parent Partner Project and SelNel's Sensory Play & Advocacy Group. She empowers neurodivergent children and their families by helping them navigate special education, access resources, and advocate with confidence.


Makita Johnson - Workshop Facilitator

Makita, LMSW, is a community activist and mental health advocate dedicated to advancing equity and improving mental health outcomes for historically underserved communities. She has spent nearly two decades advocating for children, families, and marginalized populations.


Christopher Isom - Workshop Facilitator

Christopher Isom, “Awesome Isom,” is a wellness and sports performance entrepreneur, certified yoga instructor, trauma-informed practitioner, and Holistic Health & Wellness Coach in Austin, TX. Through Isom Wellness & Sports Performance, he blends movement, mindfulness, and performance coaching to help people build resilience in body and mind. He is also a former collegiate basketball player, youth mentor, and co-founder of the Healing Arts Collective.

Registration is free, and you may register multiple attendees at one time by selecting "Add Another Registrant."

If you are bringing children under the age of 14 who will participate in on-site childcare, each child must be registered individually so we can accurately plan staffing, activities, and accommodations. A refundable $5 deposit per child is required to reserve their childcare spot and will be returned at check-out following the event.

After registration, parents or guardians of children enrolled in childcare will receive a separate intake form and waiver for review and signature.

    This workshop is designed to educate, equip, and empower parents, caregivers, and professionals who support youth facing mental health or behavioral challenges in school settings. Attendees will gain foundational knowledge and practical tools to advocate effectively for children’s educational rights.


  • The Art of Yoga

    Take a moment to slow down, stretch, and reconnect with yourself. This all-levels yoga session combines gentle movement and mindful breathing to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and restore balance.


  • "No" Is a Complete Sentence: Setting Boundaries as Part of Self-Care

    Learn practical strategies for setting healthy boundaries, communicating your needs with confidence, and protecting your peace without guilt.


  • Leading with Legacy: An Interactive Intergenerational Leadership Experience

    This interactive workshop will help participants identify their core values, strengthen their leadership voice, and explore how everyday actions can create a lasting impact in their families, workplaces, and communities.

    Designed for men, this workshop explores how your aspirations, relationships, environment, and personal story shape your growth. Participants will reflect on where they're headed, who they're becoming, and the community that will help them build the life they envision.


  • Intro to Makeup: Look and Listen

    Whether you're new to makeup or looking to refresh your routine, this hands-on workshop covers the basics of skincare, makeup application, and everyday techniques. Participants will learn tips for creating a polished look while building confidence in their personal style.


  • The Importance of Meditation and Mindfulness

    Discover how meditation and mindfulness can support mental clarity, reduce stress, and help you stay grounded in the midst of everyday demands. This interactive workshop will introduce simple, practical techniques that participants can incorporate into their daily routines to improve focus, emotional well-being, and overall balance.

  • This ticket gives you access to the full day summit. Including breakfast and lunch. If you are bringing your child(ren) please register them as an additional attendee.

  • Childcare is available from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM and includes breakfast and lunch. This is for children 14 and under. We encourage children 15 and older to attend one of our sessions

    The $5 refundable deposit helps us ensure an accurate headcount and reserve a spot for your child. Your deposit will be refunded when you check in at the conference. This helps us manage limited capacity and ensures reserved spots are used by families who need them. After registration, you will receive a separate childcare intake form to complete so we can better support your child’s needs.
